Harad
Harad, also known as Haritaki, is derived from the fruit of the Terminalia chebula tree, a species native to South and Southeast Asia.
It’s one of the three fruits comprising the traditional Ayurvedic formula Triphala. Harad has a long history of use in Ayurvedic medicine, where it’s valued for its various potential health benefits
